25 – 26 November 2014: #codshare

#codshare is all about sharing the knowledge about cod. At the moment, British and Norwegian chefs are gathered in the Norwegian city Ålesund to exchange receipts about how to cook this fish that both Brits and Norwegians love. 10 of the best British Fish & chips chefs are specially invited to Norway for the occasion.

The event is arranged by the Norwegian Seafood Council and Fiskebåt, and Norwegian producers, including Arctic Linefish, are participating in the event.  #codshare seeks to teach about sustainable Norwegian fisheries and modern production and freezing at sea. This way, the Norwegian seafrozen fillets offered are «Fresher than fresh». In Arctic Linefish, we are proud to be one of the producers invited to participate in #codshare. This states that our line caught seafrozen fillets represent one of the best raw materials that Norwegian seafood offers.
